Trip Details & Policies
Group Size & Mixing
Group Size: I accommodate up to 4 people per day, with the exception of sockeye trips where I can accommodate a 5th person if part of the same group.
Mixing Groups: I'm open to mixing groups for salmon fishing, charging per individual seat. However, for trout or combo trips, I only run private charters to avoid mismatched experience levels.
Fly Fishing: I can accommodate up to 4 people for fly fishing, provided they are part of the same party.
When and Where
Start times and boat launch locations will be determined the night before the trip. Ensure availability the evening before the trip, and I will call you after my trip. Every boat launch used is within 30 minutes of Soldotna. Transportation is not provided, so make sure to arrange your own.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your trip. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 60 days will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the deposit unless we can re-book the dates. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your Alaskan vacation.
Weather & Safety
Trips run rain or shine. However, if the captain determines conditions are unsafe to fish (extreme winds, flooding), your trip will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Safety is our ultimate priority.
