Half Day Fishing Trips
Perfect for Families & First-Timers
About This Trip
The half day trip is our most accessible adventure — purpose-built for families with young anglers, groups short on time, or first-timers getting their feet wet in the Alaska fishing world. At 4.5 hours, we cover the most productive stretch of river during the absolute peak bite window. We time the launch to the tide, put you on fish fast, and have you back to the dock before the day slips away. Kids love it. Beginners crush it. And the salmon don't care how long you've been fishing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age is good for a half day?
We've had anglers from 4 to 84. Any age is welcome. Kids 12 and under are always a blast on the boat.
Can we catch salmon on a half day?
Yes — if the run is in, 4.5 hours is more than enough to limit out on Sockeye. We have done it many times.
Is there parking at the launch?
Yes. Your guide will send you exact directions and parking info the night before your trip.
